If your face is not being recognized properly at the time of face verification or if you wish to change your profile picture, try re-enrolling your face image on the mobile app.
Re-enroll face image on app
1. From the main page(Staff Mode), select the menu button at the top left corner.
2. Select Settings icon at the bottom of the navigation page to go to Settings page.
3. Select [Re-enroll face].
4. Check your current face image and select [Re-enroll] to take a new photo.
5. Select [Register] to register the new photo or [Retake] to take another one.
6. The new face image you have just taken will replace the old one.
