Create posts on posting board (Employee App/Leader PC)

On posting board, write a post from daily content you'd like to share with your colleagues to report issues at work.

๐Ÿ“ŒNOTE
You can only post in categories where you have writing permissions. If you don't have writing permissions in any category, you won't be able to post. If you need to request for the permission, please contact system admin. 

 

1. Post Categories

Posts are classified into three categories based on the type of category and whether the issue has been resolved / pending. 

  • 'General' Category: All posts registered in this category will be classified as 'General' posts.
  • 'Issue & Resolve' Category: When a post is registered in this category, it will be classified as 'Pending' post, and once it's resolved (issue resolved), it will be classified as 'Resolved' post.

2. Create posts on posting board (Employee App)

Go to Employee mode [Posting board] menu on Menu tab.

  1. Select relevant board for posting.
  2. Click '+' button.
  3. Fill in new post with mandatory information and click 'Save'. 
    • Category *Mandatory field : choose from provided category list. If you cannot find the category you're supposed to use, please contact system admin to grant you with the writing right. 
    • Title *Mandatory field : Write relevant title
    • Contents : Write explanations / details
    • Location : Select workplace from the list
    • Attachment (image/video/files) : attach relevant files
  4. Each post is provided with a unique Ticket no. You can copy the ticket no. and share whever necessary. 
  5. When a post is created, relevant parties will be notified in real-time via push notification. (Admin setting required)

5. Resolve issue and change status to 'Resolved' (Employee App)

Select posting to resolve

  1. Click 'Resolve' button
  2. Write action (how you've resolved the issue)
  3. Attach necessary files if needed & Click 'Save'
  4. Ticket has been resolved!
  5. Once a ticket is resolved, the issue creator will be notified by app push.

5. Resolve issue and change status to 'Resolved' (Admin, Leader PC)

Select posting to resolve

  1. Click 'Resolve' button
  2. Write action (how you've resolved the issue)
  3. Attach necessary files if needed & Click 'Save'
  4. Ticket has been resolved! 
  5. Once a ticket is resolved, the issue creator will be notified by app push.
