1. Feature introduction

The Notice and Survey feature is a communication tool for delivering important messages or conducting surveys to on-site staff. You can quickly deliver urgent or necessary announcements to your team and even gather feedback from the field through surveys.

Notice You can attach necessary images and files to register announcements. When registering, you can track in real-time which members have read the announcement, and you can resend it to employees who haven't viewed it.
Survey You can create surveys in various formats such as multiple choice, checkbox, open-ended, and with images. Analysis of survey results such as participation rate/response rate is also provided. It's easy and fast to survey the voices of the field.

 

2. Create a Notice

⚙️ Please check whether the features is in use at [Feature settings > Notice and Survey] 

  1. Go to [Announcement and Survey] > Click on "Create Notice/Survey."
  2. Select "Notice" as the type, then choose the viewing permissions to decide to whom and which groups the announcement will be delivered. With viewing permissions, participants can see the results, but only the author can edit.
  3. Specify the recipients who will participate in the survey through receiver settings. By default, recipients can participate in the survey, but cannot view the survey results.
  4. After choosing whether to allow comments on this announcement, write the title and content.
  5. Once all content is entered, you can send it immediately, or you can test it or schedule it for later.
Preview Sent only to yourself and can be checked via push notification.
Schedule Send

You can schedule it for a specific date and time, within 30 days.

 

3. Create a Survey

⚙️ Please check whether the features is in use at [Feature settings > Notice and Survey] 

  1. Select "Survey" as the type, then choose the viewing permissions to decide to whom and which groups the survey will be delivered.
  2. Specify the recipients who will participate in the survey through receiver settings. By default, recipients can participate in the survey, but cannot view the survey results.
  3. Set a deadline for when responses will be accepted.
  4. Define the survey response location to indicate where respondents can submit the survey. Write the title and content, and set the type of survey items. These are the formats of respondent answers:
    • Multiple choice
    • Text
    • Checkbox (select more than one choice)
    • Image
  5. After entering all the content, you can send it immediately or test it or schedule it for later.

FAQ 1. Can I create Notice/Survey on Shopl App?

No, currently you cannot create them on the app. Please use PC dashboard.

 

FAQ 2. I received a notice on app, but I cannot find it on PC. 

Notices and surveys are delivered to recipients via app. In order for you to check notice / survey on PC, you need to be assigned as a 'Viewer'. Here's the difference between viewer vs. recipient. 

Viewer

Permission to view can be granted to leaders or administrators.

With permission to view, you can view contents and check participation results of employees on the app and dashboard.

Leaders and administrators who are in the same group and higher groups as the creator are automatically granted permission to view, which cannot be removed.

Cannot edit contents even with the permission to view. (Only original creator can edit it)

Recipient

As a recipient, you will receive Notice / Survey on mobile app.
