Report Introduction (Admin, Leader PC/App)

1. Feature introduction

The report feature allows users to create various types of reports commonly used in businesses as templates and easily request submissions from members. Admin/Leader can quickly request anything from daily/monthly reports to various forms directly, while employees can submit reports conveniently from anywhere.

2. Creating a Report Template (Admin, Leader PC)

  1. Creating report templates is only possible on the Shopl PC Dashboard, while report submissions can be made through both the web and the app.
  2. Go to PC Dashboard [Reports] menu, then click the "New Template" button at the top right of the page.
  3. Enter the title of the template and review the default settings to determine who is writing it, the date of writing, and viewing permissions.
  4. Set the types of items for report writing.
  5. Once the template is completed, click "Save" You can preview it first using the preview button at the top right, or save it temporarily if further review is needed.


3. Submitting a Report (Leader PC, Employee App)

📌You can submit reports through both the PC dashboard & app for leaders, and only through App for employees.

Submit through PC

  1. Go to PC Dashboard [Reports] menu, then click the "Submit Report" button at the bottom right of the page.
  2. Select the report to be written, fill in the items, and click the 'Submit' button.
  3. For leaders, it's possible to review reports submitted by employees and view statistics such as the number of completed/incomplete reports or the completion rate.


Submit through App - Employee mode

  1. On Employee mode, go to [Report] menu and select the report category.
  2. Click '+' button at the bottom to choose the format
  3. Fill in the items and click the 'Submit' button.
