1. Request for schedule changes

  1. At Employee mode - menu tab, go to [Schedule] menu.
  2. Click 'edit' button and then 'Edit schedule'.
    ๐Ÿ“ŒIf you do not see 'edit' button on your mobile, you don't have right to change your own schedule. The setting can be vary depends on company/organization. 
  3. Please input the date/time/workplace you wish to change (select a template) and click the checkmark icon in the upper right corner.
    *If there isn't a suitable template, you can also input manually.

  4. After reviewing the modifications, press 'Request'
  5. Once you press 'Request', the notification will be sent to the authorized leader.
  6. Once approved by the authorized leader, you will be notified by push-alert and the changes will be applied on Schedule automatically.

2. Cancel requests

๐Ÿ“ŒYou can only cancel requests that are pending. If you want to change approved schedule, you need to send a new request. 

  1. At [Schedule] page, click 'more' icon
  2. Click [Schedule request history]
  3. Find pending request item on the list
  4. Click 'Cancel request' button

Tip 1 : View option - check schedule by template / time / workplace / memo

  1. At [Schedule] page, click 'more' icon
  2. Under View schedule list, choose icon to change the view option.

Tip 2 : You can check co-worker's schedule on App. 

๐Ÿ“ŒIf you don't see this option on your app, it is due to the company setting. The setting can be vary depends on company/organization. 

  1. At [Schedule] page, click 'more' icon
  2. Click [Co-worker's schedule]

FAQ 1. Can I request to change schedule for more than a day?

Yes, you can edit multiple days' schedule and apply them altogether. 

 

FAQ 2. What happens if the request is rejected?

You will receive push-alert if your request is rejected.
Please check the reason of rejection and send new request if needed.
